Provided is a reinforcing member for tires, which is capable of further improving various tire performances such as steering stability and ride quality. Also provided is a tire which has further improved tire performances such as steering stability and ride quality by employing this reinforcing member for tires. A reinforcing member 10 for tires, which is obtained by laminating two or more layer members 3, each of which is obtained by covering long fiber materials 1 with a polymer material 2. The thickness of the layer members is from 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm (inclusive); and the thickness of the whole reinforcing member is from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm (inclusive).

    L'invention concerne un élément de renforcement pour pneus qui est susceptible d'améliorer davantage diverses performances de pneu telles que la stabilité de direction et la qualité de conduite. L'invention concerne également un pneu qui présente des performances de pneu encore améliorées telles que la stabilité de direction et la qualité de conduite à l'aide de cet élément de renforcement pour pneus. L'élément de renforcement pour pneus (10) selon l'invention est obtenu par la stratification d'au moins deux éléments de couche (3), chaque élément de couche étant obtenu par le recouvrement de matériaux à fibres longues (1) d'un matériau polymère (2). L'épaisseur des éléments de couche est de 0,01 mm à 0,5 mm (inclus) ; et l'épaisseur de l'ensemble de l'élément de renforcement est de 0,5 mm à 2,0 mm (inclus).
