The invention is directed to an immersible framework, suited for installing a windmill on the bottom of a body of water. The framework comprises of a fixed part (3a) comprising anchoring means (8) suitable for anchoring the framework to the bottom of a body of water and supporting means (7a) suitable for letting the framework rest at the bottom (65) of the body of water Further comprising a tiltable part (4) comprising connecting means (35) for connecting a windmill to the tiltable part (4). The tiltable part (4) is rotatably connected to the fixed part (3a) by means of a substantially horizontal axis (21).

    L'invention concerne une structure pouvant être immergée, adaptée à installer une éolienne sur le fond d'une masse d'eau. La structure comprend une partie fixe (3a) comportant un moyen d'ancrage (8) conçu pour ancrer la structure au fond d'une masse d'eau et un moyen de support (7a) conçu pour laisser reposer la structure au niveau du fond (65) de la masse d'eau. La structure comprend en outre une partie inclinable (4) comportant un moyen de liaison (35) afin de relier une éolienne à la partie inclinable (4). La partie inclinable (4) est reliée de manière rotative à la partie fixe (3a) au moyen d'un axe sensiblement horizontal (21).
