A battery management system may comprise: a charge control switch disposed in a high current path between a plurality of pack terminals and a battery module; and a controller which detects a cell voltage of each of a plurality of cells comprised in the battery module and a charge current flowing through the high current path, determines an overvoltage state of the battery module on the basis of whether the charge current is detected and the cell voltage of each of the plurality of cells, and turns off the charge control switch if it is determined that the battery module is in the overvoltage state.

    La présente invention concerne un système de gestion de batterie pouvant comprendre : un commutateur de commande de charge disposé dans un trajet de courant élevé entre une pluralité de bornes de bloc et un module de batterie ; un dispositif de commande qui détecte une tension d'élément de chaque élément d'une pluralité d'éléments compris dans le module de batterie ainsi qu'un courant de charge circulant dans le trajet de courant élevé, qui détermine un état de surtension du module de batterie en fonction de la détection du courant de charge et de la tension d'élément de chaque élément de la pluralité d'éléments, et qui met le commutateur de commande de charge hors tension s'il est établi que le module de batterie est dans l'état de surtension.

    배터리 관리 시스템은, 복수의 팩 단자와 배터리 모듈 사이의 대전류 경로에 위치하는 충전 제어 스위치, 및 상기 배터리 모듈에 포함된 복수의 셀 각각의 셀 전압과 상기 대전류 경로를 흐르는 충전 전류를 검출하고, 상기 충전 전류의 유무 및 상기 복수의 셀 각각의 셀 전압을 토대로 상기 배터리 모듈의 과전압 상태를 판단하며, 상기 배터리 모듈이 과전압 상태로 판단되면, 상기 충전 제어 스위치를 턴 오프 시키는 제어기를 포함할 수 있다.
