A brake having sloped road detection and speed reduction functions comprises: a frame which is fixed to a vehicle body, and to which a wheel is rotatably coupled; a bar-shaped slope detection member one end of which is rotatably coupled to a braking rotation shaft disposed in an upper portion of the frame; a clutch wheel rotatably coupled to a lower end portion of a bar-shaped pendulum member rotatably coupled to the braking rotation shaft and linked to and moving together with the slope detection member; an annular latch member disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the wheel, thereby rotating integrally with the wheel, and detachably coupled to the clutch wheel; and a rotation braking member which is rotatably coupled to the braking rotation shaft, rotates in dependence on the clutch wheel by means of a speed reduction gear rotatably installed to the pendulum member, and is provided with a plurality of brake pads chafed against the inner circumferential surface of the wheel.

    Frein ayant des fonctions de détection de route en pente et de réduction de vitesse comprenant : un cadre qui est fixé à une carrosserie de véhicule, et auquel une roue est accouplée en rotation ; un élément de détection de pente en forme de barre dont une extrémité est accouplée en rotation à un arbre de rotation de freinage disposé dans une partie supérieure du cadre ; une roue d'embrayage accouplée en rotation à une partie d'extrémité inférieure d'un élément de pendule en forme de barre accouplé en rotation à l'arbre de rotation de freinage et relié à l'élément de détection de pente et se déplaçant conjointement avec celui-ci ; un élément de verrouillage annulaire disposé sur la surface circonférentielle intérieure de la roue, tournant ainsi d'un seul tenant avec la roue, et accouplé de manière amovible à la roue d'embrayage ; et un élément de freinage de rotation qui est accouplé en rotation à l'arbre de rotation de freinage, tourne en fonction de la roue d'embrayage au moyen d'un engrenage de réduction de vitesse installé en rotation sur l'élément de pendule, et est pourvu d'une pluralité de plaquettes de frein frottant contre la surface circonférentielle intérieure de la roue.

    본 발명에 따른 경사로 감지 및 감속 기능이 구비된 제동 장치는, 차체에 고정되고 바퀴가 회전 가능하게 결합 되는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 상부에 배치된 제동 회전축에 일단부가 회전 가능하게 결합 되는 막대 형상의 경사 감지 부재; 상기 제동 회전축에 회전 가능하게 결합 되며 상기 경사 감지 부재에 연동하여 움직이는 막대 형상의 진자 부재의 하단부에 회전 가능하게 결합 되는 클러치 휠; 상기 바퀴의 내주면에 배치되어 상기 바퀴와 일체로 회전하며 상기 클러치 휠과 착탈 가능하게 결합 되는 환상의 래치 부재; 및 상기 제동 회전축에 회전 가능하게 결합 되며 상기 진자 부재에 회전 가능하게 설치된 감속 기어를 매개로 상기 클러치 휠에 종속적으로 회전하며 상기 바퀴의 내주면과 마찰 되는 브레이크 패드가 복수 구비된 회전 브레이크 부재;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
