Provided are an air purification module and a manufacturing method therefor, the air purification module comprising: a body; a visible light-emitting device disposed inside the body; and a photocatalytic filter disposed inside the body, wherein the photocatalytic filter includes a metal foam substrate having an oxygen-containing functional group on a surface thereof and a photocatalyst coating applied on a surface of the metal foam substrate, wherein the photocatalyst coating includes a visible light-active photocatalytic particle and a silica binder chemically coupled to the oxygen-containing functional group of the surface of the metal foam substrate.

    Cette invention concerne un module de purification d'air et son procédé de fabrication, le module de purification d'air comprenant : un corps ; un dispositif d'émission de lumière visible disposé à l'intérieur du corps ; et un filtre photocatalytique disposé à l'intérieur du corps, le filtre photocatalytique comprenant un substrat en mousse métallique ayant un groupe fonctionnel contenant de l'oxygène sur une surface de celui-ci et un revêtement de photocatalyse appliqué sur une surface du substrat en mousse métallique, le revêtement de photocatalyse comprenant une particule photocatalytique active à la lumière visible et un liant de silice couplé chimiquement au groupe fonctionnel contenant de l'oxygène de la surface du substrat en mousse métallique.
