The present invention relates to a bicycle brake lock device and a bicycle brake assembly comprising the same. The present invention provides a bicycle brake lock device and a bicycle brake assembly comprising the same. The device comprises a separate lock means that can restrain a first and a second rotation link of a bicycle brake in a brake operating state to prevent the rotation thereof. Therefore, even without a separate lock device such as a lock, the present invention can simply operate the lock means into a lock mode to make the riding of a bicycle impossible, and thus can prevent the bicycle from being stolen. Also, the present invention allows a user to safely fix and restrain a bicycle through a lock means by carrying only a lock key without carrying a separate big and heavy lock device, and thus more conveniently use the bicycle. In particular, the present invention can prevent a bicycle from being stolen even by use of a tool such as a cutter, and thus achieves an enhanced safety from the bicycle theft.

Le dispositif comporte un moyen de verrouillage séparé qui peut limiter des première et deuxième liaisons de rotation d'un frein de bicyclette dans un état de fonctionnement du frein pour en empêcher la rotation. Par conséquent, même sans dispositif de verrouillage séparé tel qu'un antivol, la présente invention peut simplement actionner le moyen de verrouillage dans un mode de verrouillage pour rendre la conduite d'une bicyclette impossible, et peut ainsi empêcher la bicyclette d'être volée. En outre, la présente invention permet à un utilisateur de fixer et de retenir de manière sûre une bicyclette par le biais d'un moyen de verrouillage en ne portant qu'une seule clé de verrouillage sans avoir à porter un dispositif de verrouillage séparé qui est gros et lourd, et permet donc d'utiliser plus commodément la bicyclette. En particulier, la présente invention peut empêcher un vélo d'être volé même par l'utilisation d'un outil tel qu'un dispositif de coupe, et permet ainsi d'obtenir une sécurité améliorée en termes de vol de bicyclette.
