An independently controlled PTC heater of the present invention comprises: a PTC unit, which includes first and second PTC elements heated by the applied power, a guide frame having an opening portion at which the first and second PTC elements are mounted, first and second electrode plates respectively coming in contact with each one surface side of the first and second PTC elements exposed through the opening portion, a common electrode plate coming in contact with all of the other side surfaces of the first PTC element and the second PTC element exposed through the opening portion, and an insulation member for insulating the space between the outside and the first electrode plate, the second electrode plate, and the common electrode plate; a metallic heating tube in which the PTC unit is mounted; and a radiation fin provided on a side surface of the heating tube.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage à coefficient de température positif (PTC) à commande indépendante, qui comprend : une unité PTC, qui comprend des premier et second éléments PTC qui chauffent sous l'effet d'un courant appliqué, un cadre de guidage comportant une partie d'ouverture dans laquelle les premier et second éléments PTC sont montés, des première et seconde plaques d'électrode entrant en contact chacune avec un côté de surface des premier et second éléments PTC apparents dans la partie d'ouverture, une plaque d'électrode commune entrant en contact avec toutes les autres surfaces latérales du premier élément PTC et du second élément PTC apparents dans la partie d'ouverture, et un élément d'isolation pour isoler l'espace entre l'extérieur et la première plaque d'électrode, la seconde plaque d'électrode et la plaque d'électrode commune; un tube chauffant métallique dans lequel l'unité PTC est montée; et une ailette de rayonnement disposée sur une surface latérale du tube chauffant.

    본 발명의 독립제어 피티씨 히터는 인가된 전원에 의하여 발열하는 제1 및 제2피티씨(PTC)소자, 상기 제1 및 제2피티씨소자가 장착되는 개구부가 구비된 가이드 프레임, 상기 개구부를 통하여 노출된 제1 및 제2피티씨소자의 각 일측면과 각각 대접하는 제1 및 제2전극판, 상기 개구부를 통하여 노출된 제1피티씨소자 및 제2피티씨소자의 타측면 모두와 대접하는 공통전극판과, 상기 제1전극판, 제2전극판 및 공통전극판과 외부 사이의 절연을 위한 절연부재를 포함하는 피티씨 유닛; 상기 피티씨 유닛이 내부에 장착되는 금속 재질의 히팅 튜브; 및 상기 히팅 튜브의 측면에 구비되는 방열핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
