The present invention relates to a shackle comprising: a shackle body having holes respectively formed through two end parts, which are formed due to the opening of one side, having a lifting ring formed due to the closing of the other side, and additionally having an auxiliary lifting ring on the lifting ring; and a shackle pin sequentially passing through and spirally coupled to the holes formed on one side of the shackle body. According to the present invention, apart from the lifting ring, the auxiliary lifting ring is additionally formed on the shackle body, thereby enabling strength reinforcement and preventing two end parts of the lifting ring from transforming inwardly. And since a rope and the like come in contact with multiple points when connected with the lifting ring and the auxiliary lifting ring, wobbling of the shackle is minimized. Also, loosening of the shackle pin is prevented by means of elasticity, bolt or the like. And the end part, through which the front end of the shackle pin is inserted first, of the two end parts of the shackle body is expanded and thus the tensile strength can be increased due to the reinforcement.

    La présente invention concerne une manille, qui comprend : un corps de manille ayant des trous formés respectivement à travers deux parties d'extrémité, qui sont formées du fait de l'ouverture d'un côté, ayant un anneau de levage formé du fait de la fermeture de l'autre côté, et qui a de plus un anneau de levage auxiliaire sur l'anneau de levage; et une broche de manille traversant de manière séquentielle des trous formés sur un côté du corps de manille, et accouplée en spirale à ces derniers. Selon la présente invention, en plus de l'anneau de levage, l'anneau de levage auxiliaire est en outre formé sur le corps de manille, de façon à permettre ainsi un renfort de force et à empêcher ainsi les deux parties d'extrémité de l'anneau de levage de se déformer vers l'intérieur. Par ailleurs, du fait qu'un câble, et analogue, vient en contact par de multiples points quand il est relié à l'anneau de levage et à l'anneau de levage auxiliaire, l'oscillation de la manille est minimisée. En outre, le desserrage de la broche de manille est empêché par une élasticité, un boulon, ou analogue. Enfin, la partie d'extrémité, à travers laquelle l'extrémité avant de la broche de manille est insérée en premier, des deux parties d'extrémité du corps de manille, est étendue, et, par conséquent, la résistance à la traction peut être accrue du fait du renfort.

    본 발명은 샤클에 관한 것으로서, 일측이 개방되어 형성된 양단부에 홀이 각각 관통 형성되고, 타측이 폐쇄되면서 인양 고리를 형성하며, 상기 인양 고리 상에 보조 인양 고리가 부가 형성되는 샤클 몸체; 및 상기 샤클 몸체의 일측에 형성된 홀에 순차적으로 관통하면서 나선체결되는 샤클 핀을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 샤클 몸체에 인양 고리와 별도로 보조 인양 고리를 부가 형성하여 강도 보강과 함께 인양 고리의 양단부가 안쪽 방향으로 변형됨을 방지하고, 인양 고리와 보조 인양 고리에 로프 등을 연결할 때 다수 지점에 접한 상태로 연결하므로 샤클의 흔들림을 최소화하고, 탄성력 또는 볼트 등을 통해 샤클 핀의 풀림을 방지하게 하며, 샤클 몸체의 양단부 중 샤클 핀의 선단이 먼저 삽입되는 측의 단부가 확장 형성되어 보강에 따른 인장강도 향상이 가능한 효과가 있다.
