In order to achieve the objective, the present invention provides a vehicle suspension spring pad interposed between a coil spring to be used for the vehicle suspension and upper and lower pads for supporting the coil spring, manufactured from thermoplastic elastomer, and further having a structure, for applying elasticity and rigidity, formed at the bottom surface thereof and a structure, for applying elasticity, formed at the lateral part thereof such that steel insertion does not need to be separately performed, and thus the spring pad is lightweight. The present invention, configured and operated as above, does not require steel to be inserted thereinto, and can remarkably reduce the thickness thereof, thereby enabling the lightweight spring pad to be provided. In addition, durability is improved by the structures for applying elasticity and rigidity to the bottom surface and lateral surface of the spring pad according to the present invention, defective products, which are generated during a manufacturing process, are crushed and can be reused because of thermoplasticity such that waste materials are reduced, and thus the present invention is environment-friendly, and molding time is shortened such that productivity is improved.
La présente invention a pour but de fournir un appui de ressort de suspension de véhicule placé entre un ressort hélicoïdal devant être utilisé pour la suspension du véhicule et des appuis supérieur et inférieur permettant de soutenir le ressort hélicoïdal, fabriqué à partir d'un élastomère thermoplastique et ayant en outre une structure, qui permet d'appliquer une élasticité et une rigidité, formée au niveau de sa surface inférieure et une structure, qui permet d'appliquer une élasticité, formée au niveau de sa partie latérale de sorte qu'une insertion d'acier séparée n'est pas nécessaire et l'appui de ressort est par conséquent léger. La présente invention, configurée et fonctionnant tel que décrit ci-dessus, ne nécessite pas l'insertion d'acier, ce qui permet de réduire considérablement son épaisseur et de fournir un ressort léger. De plus, la durabilité est améliorée par les structures permettant d'appliquer une élasticité et une rigidité à la surface inférieure et à la surface latérale de l'appui de ressort selon la présente invention, des produits défectueux qui sont générés pendant un processus de fabrication sont broyés et peuvent être réutilisés en raison d'une plasticité à la chaleur de sorte que les déchets sont réduits, et, par conséquent, la présente invention est écologique et un temps de moulage est raccourci de sorte que la productivité est améliorée.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 자동차 현가장치에 사용되는 코일 스프링과 상기 코일 스프링을 지지하는 상부 및 하부패드 사이에 개재되는 자동차 현가장치용 스프링 패드에 있어서, 상기 스프링 패드는 열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastic elastomer)로 제작되되, 바닥면에는 탄성과 강성이 부여되는 구조와, 측부에는 탄성을 부여하는 구조가 더 형성되어 별도의 강재 삽입(Steel insert)이 이루어지지 않아 경량화된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치용 스프링 패드가 제공된다. 상기와 같이 구성되고 작용되는 본 발명은 강재를 삽입(Steel insert)할 필요가 없고, 두께를 현저히 줄일 수 있어 경량화된 스프링 패드를 제공할 수 있다.또한, 본 발명에 따른 스프링 패드의 바닥면과 측면에 탄성과 강성이 부여되는 구조에 의해 내구성이 향상되며, 열가소성으로 제조과정에서 발생하는 불량품을 분쇄하여 재사용할 수 있어 폐기물이 줄어 친환경적이며, 성형시간이 단축되어 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
