The present invention presents a rubber track used for an excavator, a loader or the like, and intends to prevent the generation of edge cuts and the like while improving traction force even on soft ground. The rubber track of the present invention comprises: first lugs (10) formed at equal intervals on either the inside or the outside in the direction of movement on the surface thereof coming into contact with the ground, and having first grooves (12) formed in the widthwise direction; and second lugs (20) formed at equal intervals on the other of the inside or the outside in the direction of movement on the surface thereof coming into contact with the ground, and having second grooves (22) formed in the direction of movement. The first lugs (10) and the second lugs (20) perform each independent function such as ensuring the traction force and bendability, preventing a lateral slip, and improving soil discharge properties. In addition, side protruding parts (40) formed to protrude from a surface (2) through lateral surfaces to a back side (4) are provided at the outer sides of the first lug and the second lug so as to improve the traction force even on the soft ground. Furthermore, auxiliary lugs (30) extending in the widthwise direction are respectively provided between the first lugs and between the second lugs so as to prevent the exposure of steel cords and improve the traction force on the soft ground.

    La présente invention concerne une chenille en caoutchouc utilisée pour un excavateur, un chargeur ou analogues, et vise à empêcher la production de coupures sur les bords et analogues tout en améliorant la force de traction, même sur un sol meuble. La chenille en caoutchouc de la présente invention comprend : des premières barrettes (10) formées à intervalles égaux sur l'intérieur ou l'extérieur dans la direction de déplacement sur la surface correspondante venant en contact avec le sol, et ayant des premières rainures (12) formées dans le sens de la largeur ; et des secondes barrettes (20) formées à intervalles égaux sur l'autre partie de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur dans la direction de déplacement sur la surface correspondante venant en contact avec le sol, et ayant des secondes rainures (22) formées dans la direction de déplacement. Les premières barrettes (10) et les secondes barrettes (20) effectuent chacune des fonctions indépendantes, comme assurer la force de traction et l'aptitude au pliage, empêcher un glissement latéral, et améliorer les propriétés d'évacuation du sol. De plus, des parties latérales en saillie (40), formées de manière à faire saillie depuis une surface (2) à travers des surfaces latérales jusqu'à un côté arrière (4), sont disposées au niveau des côtés extérieurs de la première barrette et de la seconde barrette de manière à améliorer la force de traction, même sur un sol meuble. En outre, des barrettes auxiliaires (30) s'étendant dans le sens de la largeur sont disposées respectivement entre les premières barrettes et entre les secondes barrettes de manière à empêcher l'exposition des câbles d'acier et améliorer la force de traction sur le sol meuble.

    본 발명은 굴삭기 또는 로더 등에 사용되는 러버트랙을 제안하고 있으며, 연약지반에서도 견인력을 향상시키면서 엣지컷 등의 발생을 방지하고자 한다. 본 발명의 러버트랙은, 지면과 접촉하는 표면에서 주행방향으로 내측 또는 외측의 어느 일측에 등간격으로 성형되고, 폭 방향으로 성형된 제1홈(12)을 구비하는 제1러그(10)와; 지면과 접촉하는 표면에서 주행방향으로 내측 또는 외측의 타측에 등간격으로 성형되고, 주행 방향으로 성형된 제2홈(22)을 구비하는 제2러그(20)로 구성된다. 제1러그(10)와 제2러그(20)는 각각의 독립된 기능을 수행하는데, 예를 들면 견인력 및 굴곡성의 확보, 그리고 측면 슬립방지 및 배토성의 향상을 들 수 있다. 그리고 상기 제1러그 및 제2러그의 외측에는, 표면(2)에서 측면을 거쳐 이면(4)까지 돌출 성형되는 측면돌출부(40)가 구비되어 있어서 연약지반에서도 견인력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 제1러그 및 제2러그의 각각의 사이에는 폭 방향으로 연장되는 보조러그(30)가 구비되는 있어서 스틸코드의 노출방지, 연약지반에서의 견인력 향상이 가능하다.
