The present invention relates to an active suspension system allowing the load-bearing axis of a spring to be controlled by rotating a seat plate, in which inclined surfaces are formed on the bottom surface of an upper seat plate and the top surface of a lower seat plate so that the top and bottom parts of a coil spring come into contact with the inclined surfaces at a slant and at set angles, and a control means for the load-bearing axis of a spring is installed between either the outer surface of the upper seat plate and an upper arm, or the outer surface of the lower seat plate and a lower arm to allow the wheel rate and vehicle height to be controlled by varying the load-bearing axis of the coil spring by rotating the seat plates, and a manipulation unit capable of controlling the operation of the control means for the load-bearing axis of a spring is installed inside the vehicle. By varying the load-bearing axis of the coil spring, the present invention can significantly improve the marketability of the suspension system and reliability of the vehicle by varying the ride quality.
La présente invention concerne un système de suspension active permettant à l'axe porteur d'un ressort d'être commandé par la rotation d'une plaque de siège, dans lequel des surfaces inclinées sont formées sur la surface inférieure d'une plaque de siège supérieure et la surface supérieure d'une plaque de siège inférieure de sorte que les parties supérieure et inférieure d'un ressort hélicoïdal entrent en contact avec les surfaces inclinées au niveau d'une inclinaison et selon des angles définis, et un moyen de commande pour l'axe porteur d'un ressort est installé entre soit la surface externe de la plaque de siège supérieure et un bras supérieur, soit la surface externe de la plaque de siège inférieure et un bras inférieur pour permettre à la vitesse de roue et à la hauteur du véhicule d'être commandées par une variation de l'axe porteur du ressort hélicoïdal par la rotation des plaques de siège, et une unité de manipulation capable de commander le fonctionnement du moyen de commande pour l'axe porteur d'un ressort est installée à l'intérieur du véhicule. Par la variation de l'axe porteur du ressort hélicoïdal, la présente invention peut améliorer considérablement la possibilité de commercialisation du système de suspension et la fiabilité du véhicule par la variation de la qualité de conduite.
본 발명은 시트판 회전을 통한 스프링의 하중축 조절이 가능한 능동형 서스펜션 시스템에 관한 것으로, 어퍼 시트판의 저면 및 로워 시트판의 상면에 코일스프링의 상,하단부가 정해진 각도로 경사진 형태로 접촉되게 경사면을 형성하고, 어퍼 시트판의 외면과 어퍼 암 사이 또는 로워 시트판의 외면과 로워 암 사이 중 어느 한 사이에 코일스프링의 하중축을 시트판들의 회전을 통해 변화시켜 휠 레이트 및 차고 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 스프링 하중축 조절수단을 설치하며, 차량 내에는 스프링 하중축 조절수단의 구동을 제어할 수 있는 조작부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다. 코일스프링의 하중축 변화를 통해 차량의 승차감을 변경함에 따른 신뢰도 및 서스펜스 시스템에 대한 상품성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
