A battery pre-heating apparatus for a hybrid vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery composed of a plurality of battery cells; a power relay assembly comprising, for the charge and discharge control of the battery, a first main relay connected to a positive electrode of the battery and a second main relay connected to a negative electrode of the battery; and a pre-heater including at least one sheet heater formed of a heating paste composition, wire-connected between an output terminal of the first main relay and an output terminal of the second main relay, and pre-heating the battery to a predetermined temperature using generation power by regenerative braking, wherein the heating paste composition contains, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the heating paste composition, 3-6 parts by weight of carbon nanotube particles, 0.5-30 parts by weight of carbon nanoparticles, 10-30 parts by weight of a mixed binder, 29-83 parts by weight of an organic solvent, and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a dispersant, the mixture binder being a mixture of epoxy acrylate, a polyvinyl acetal, and a phenol-based resin, or a mixture of hexamethylene diisocyanate, a polyvinyl acetal, and a phenol-based resin.

    D'après un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un appareil de préchauffage de batterie pour véhicule hybride comprend : une batterie composée d'une pluralité de cellules de batterie ; un ensemble relais de puissance comprenant, pour la commande de charge et de décharge de la batterie, un premier relais principal raccordé à une électrode positive de la batterie et un second relais principal raccordé à une électrode négative de la batterie ; et un dispositif de préchauffage comprenant au moins un dispositif de chauffage de feuille constitué d'une composition de pâte de chauffage, raccordé par fil entre une borne de sortie du premier relais principal et une borne de sortie du second relais principal et préchauffant la batterie jusqu'à une température prédéterminée à l'aide d'une puissance générée par freinage régénératif. La composition de pâte de chauffage contient, sur la base de 100 parties en poids de la composition de pâte de chauffage, de 3 à 6 parties en poids de particules de nanotubes de carbone, de 0,5 à 30 parties en poids de nanoparticules de carbone, de 10 à 30 parties en poids d'un liant mixte, de 29 à 83 parties en poids d'un solvant organique et de 0,5 à 5 parties en poids d'un dispersant. Le liant de mélange est un mélange d'époxy-acrylate, d'acétal polyvinylique et de résine à base de phénol ou un mélange d'hexaméthylène diisocyanate, d'acétal polyvinylique et de résine à base de phénol.

    본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 배터리 프리 히팅장치는 다수의 배터리 셀로 이루어진 배터리, 상기 배터리에 대한 충방전 단속을 위하여, 상기 배터리의 양극측에 연결되는 제1메인릴레이와, 상기 배터리의 음극측에 연결되는 제2메인릴레이를 포함하는 파워 릴레이 어셈블리, 및 발열 페이스트 조성물을 통해서 형성되는 면상 발열체를 적어도 하나 이상 구비하고, 상기 제1메인릴레이의 출력단과 상기 제2메인 릴레이의 출력단 간에 배선 연결되어, 회생제동에 따른 발전 전력을 이용하여 배터리를 소정의 온도까지 예열시키는 프리히터를 포함하고, 상기 발열 페이스트 조성물은 발열페이스트 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 탄소나노튜브 입자 3 내지 6중량부, 탄소나노입자 0.5 내지 30중량부, 혼합 바인더 10 내지 30중량부, 유기 용매 29 내지 83 중량부, 분산제 0.5 내지 5중량부를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 바인더는 에폭시 아크릴레이트, 폴리비닐 아세탈 및 페놀계 수지가 혼합되거나 또는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 폴리비닐 아세탈 및 페놀계 수지가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
