A master cylinder comprises: a cylinder housing; a piston which is movably formed on the cylinder housing so as to form a pressure chamber and a fluid supply chamber; and a sealing member which is interposed between the cylinder housing and the piston. The piston has a recessed portion on the outer peripheral side thereof, wherein the rear-side wall of the recessed portion is formed as an inclined surface, a plurality of first communication ports are formed on the floor surface of the recessed portion, and a second communication port is formed on the rear-side wall of the recessed portion. A communication port, for forming a flow path for generating pressure, and a communication port, for forming a flow path for drag prevention, are formed on the front and the back, respectively, wherein the rear-side wall of the recessed portion formed on the outer peripheral side of the piston is an inclined surface, and the communication port formed on the back for drag prevention is formed on the rear-side wall that is formed as an inclined surface, such that the angle in which the sealing member comes in contact with a part that forms a mouth of the communication port decreases, thereby reducing damage of the sealing member.

    L'invention concerne un maître-cylindre qui comporte : un logement de cylindre ; un piston qui est formé de manière amovible sur le logement de cylindre pour former une chambre de pression et une chambre d'alimentation en fluide ; et un élément d'étanchéité qui intercalé entre le logement de cylindre et le piston. Le piston a une partie évidée sur le côté périphérique extérieur de celui-ci, dans lequel la paroi côté arrière de la partie évidée est réalisée sous la forme d'une surface inclinée, une pluralité de premiers orifices de communication sont formés sur la surface de plancher de la partie évidée, et un deuxième orifice de communication est formé sur la paroi côté arrière de la partie évidée. Un orifice de communication, servant à former une trajectoire d'écoulement à des fins de génération de pression et un orifice de communication, servant à former une trajectoire d'écoulement à des fins de prévention de traînée, sont formés à l'avant et à l'arrière, respectivement, dans lequel la paroi côté arrière de la partie évidée formée sur le côté périphérique extérieur du piston est une surface inclinée, et l'orifice de communication formé à l'arrière à des fins de prévention de traînée est formé sur la paroi côté arrière qui est réalisée sous la forme d'une surface inclinée, de telle sorte que l'angle dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité vient se mettre en contact avec une partie qui forme une embouchure de l'orifice de communication diminue, pour ainsi réduire tout endommagement de l'élément d'étanchéité.

    마스터 실린더는 실린더 하우징, 압력실과 유체 공급실을 형성하도록 상기 실린더 하우징에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 피스톤, 그리고 상기 실린더 하우징과 상기 피스톤 사이에 개재되는 실링 부재를 포함한다. 상기 피스톤의 외주면에는 함몰부가 구비되며, 상기 함몰부의 후방 벽은 경사면으로 형성되고, 상기 함몰부의 바닥 면에 복수의 제1 연통구가 형성되고 상기 함몰부의 후방 벽에 제2 연통구가 형성된다. 압력 생성을 위한 유로를 형성하는 연통구와 드래그 방지를 위한 유로를 형성하는 연통구를 전방 및 후방에 각각 형성하되 피스톤의 외주면에 형성되는 함몰부의 후방 벽을 경사면으로 하고 드래그 방지를 위해 후방에 형성되는 연통구를 경사면으로 형성되는 후방 벽에 형성함으로써, 실링 부재가 연통구의 입구를 형성하는 부분과 접촉하는 각도가 감소되어 실링 부재의 손상을 줄일 수 있다.
