Provided is a floating wind power generation device comprising: a main buoyant body which has buoyancy, so as to float on the sea, and has a space portion provided in the center; an auxiliary buoyant body which has buoyancy and is connected to the main buoyant body by being inserted into the space portion of the main buoyant body; a plurality of wind power generators which are vertically provided on top of the auxiliary buoyant body and generate power; a location control means which is connected to the main buoyant body and controls the location of the main buoyant body; an oscillation inhibiting means which is connected to the main buoyant body and enables the main buoyant body to maintain an equilibrium state by absorbing the sea waves; and a dock connection unit which is connected to the main buoyant body and enables a ship to lie at anchor on the sea. A floating wind power generation device, having a plurality of wind power generators provided on top of an auxiliary buoyant body that is placed in a space portion of a main buoyant body, enables absorbing of the sea waves by means of vertical reciprocating motion energy, generated by means of an oscillation inhibiting means as well as a location control means, so as to prevent the main buoyant body from being affected by the waves and shaking and such that an equilibrium state of the main buoyant body can be maintained, thereby enabling stable wind power generation.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif générateur d'énergie éolienne flottant comprenant : un corps flottant principal qui présente une flottabilité, de façon à flotter sur la mer, et présente une partie espace prévue dans le centre ; un corps flottant auxiliaire qui présente une flottabilité et est raccordé au corps flottant principal en étant inséré dans la partie espace du corps flottant principal ; une pluralité de générateurs d'énergie éolienne qui sont disposés verticalement sur la partie supérieure du corps flottant auxiliaire et génèrent de l'énergie ; un moyen de commande d'emplacement qui est raccordé au corps flottant principal et commande la position du corps flottant principal ; un moyen anti-oscillation qui est raccordé au corps flottant principal et permet au corps flottant principal de maintenir un état d'équilibre en absorbant les vagues de la mer ; et une unité de raccordement à quai qui est raccordée au corps flottant principal et permet à un navire d'être à l'ancre en mer. Un dispositif générateur d'énergie éolienne flottant, présentant une pluralité de générateurs d'énergie éolienne disposés au-dessus d'un corps flottant auxiliaire qui est placé dans une partie espace d'un corps flottant principal, permet d'absorber les vagues de la mer au moyen de l'énergie de mouvement de va-et-vient vertical, générée au moyen d'un moyen anti-oscillation ainsi que d'un moyen de commande d'emplacement, de manière à empêcher le corps flottant principal d'être affecté par les vagues et l'agitation et de telle sorte qu'un état d'équilibre du corps flottant principal peut être maintenu, ce qui permet la génération d'énergie éolienne stable.

    본 발명은, 해상에 부유하도록 부력을 가지며, 중앙에 공간부가 마련된 메인부유체, 메인부유체의 공간부에 삽입 배치된 상태로 메인부유체에 결합 설치되며, 부력을 가지는 보조부유체, 보조부유체의 상부에 수직하게 설치되어, 전력을 생산하는 복수의 풍력발전기, 메인부유체에 연결 설치되어, 메인부유체의 위치를 제어하는 위치제어수단, 메인부유체에 연결 설치되어, 해상의 파랑을 흡수하여 메인부유체를 평형상태로 유지시키는 동요억제수단, 메인부유체에 연결 설치되어, 해상에서 선박을 정박할 수 있게 하는 접안연결부를 포함하는 부유식 해상풍력발전장치를 제공한다. 이와 같이, 부유식 해상풍력발전장치는, 풍력발전기를 메인부유체의 공간부 상에 배치되는 보조부유체 상부에 복수개를 설치한 상태에서 해상에서 발생되는 파도는 위치제어수단과 더불어 동요억제수단에 의해 발생되는 상하방향으로의 왕복 운동에너지에 의해 흡수되는 바, 메인부유체가 파도의 영향을 받아 요동되는 것을 방지하면서 평형상태를 유지할 수 있게 되어 안정적인 풍력발전을 가능하게 한다.
