Provided is a fixed ball-type joint for a vehicle, according to the present invention, comprising: an outer race that rotates about a first rotational axis and has an outer race track extending in the direction of the first rotational axis; an inner race that rotates about a second rotational axis that can be inclined to the first rotational axis and has an inner race track extending in the direction of the second rotational axis; balls provided between the inner and outer race tracks; and a cage that supports the balls. The outer race track includes a first curved track and a first linear track, wherein the first curved track is formed such that the center of curvature thereof is opposite to the first curved track with respect to the first rotational axis and is opposite to the first curved track with respect to an imaginary line that passes a connection portion between the first curved track and the first linear track and the center of rotation of the joint, and the first linear track is formed to be inclined to the first rotational axis. The inner race track includes a second curved track and a second linear track, wherein the second curved track is formed such that the center of curvature thereof is located on the second curved track side with respect to the second rotational axis and is opposite to the second curved track with respect to an imaginary line that passes a connection portion between the second curved track and the second linear track and the center of rotation of the joint, and the second linear track is formed to be inclined to the second rotational axis.

    La présente invention concerne un joint à rotule fixe pour un véhicule, comprenant : une bague extérieure qui tourne autour d'un premier axe de rotation et comporte un chemin de roulement de bague extérieure s'étendant dans la direction du premier axe de rotation ; une bague intérieure qui tourne autour d'un second axe de rotation qui peut être incliné par rapport au premier axe de rotation et comporte un chemin de roulement de bague intérieure s'étendant dans la direction du second axe de rotation ; des billes placées entre les chemins de roulement des bagues intérieure et extérieure ; et une cage qui supporte les billes. Le chemin de roulement de bague extérieure comprend un premier chemin de roulement courbé et un premier chemin de roulement linéaire, le premier chemin de roulement courbé étant formé de telle sorte que le centre de sa courbure soit opposé au premier chemin de roulement courbé par rapport au premier axe de rotation et soit opposé au premier chemin de roulement courbé par rapport à une ligne imaginaire qui passe par une partie de raccordement entre le premier chemin de roulement courbé et le premier chemin de roulement linéaire et le centre de rotation du joint, et le premier chemin de roulement linéaire étant formé de façon à être incliné par rapport au premier axe de rotation. Le chemin de roulement de bague intérieure comprend un second chemin de roulement courbé et un second chemin de roulement linéaire, le second chemin de roulement courbé étant formé de telle sorte que le centre de sa courbure soit situé du côté du second chemin de roulement courbé par rapport au second axe de rotation et soit opposé au second chemin de roulement courbé par rapport à une ligne imaginaire qui passe par une partie de raccordement entre le second chemin de roulement courbé et le second chemin de roulement linéaire et le centre de rotation du joint, et le second chemin de roulement linéaire étant formé de façon à être incliné par rapport au second axe de rotation.

    본 발명에 따르면, 제1 회전축을 기준으로 회전되고, 상기 제1 회전축 방향으로 연장 형성되는 외륜트랙을 갖는 외륜; 상기 제1 회전축에 절각 가능한 제2 회전축을 기준으로 회전되며, 상기 제2 회전축 방향으로 연장 형성되는 내륜트랙을 갖는 내륜; 상기 외륜트랙과 상기 내륜트랙 사이에 구비되는 볼; 및 상기 볼을 지지하는 케이지;를 포함하고, 상기 외륜트랙은 제1 곡선트랙과 제1 직선트랙을 포함하고, 상기 제1 곡선트랙의 곡률중심이 상기 제1 회전축을 기준으로 상기 제1 곡선트랙의 반대측에 위치되고, 상기 제1 곡선트랙과 상기 제1 직선트랙 사이 연결부위와 조인트 회전중심을 지나는 가상선을 기준으로 상기 제1 곡선트랙의 반대측에 위치되도록 형성되고, 상기 제1 직선트랙은 상기 제1 회전축에 대해 경사지게 형성되고, 상기 내륜트랙은 제2 곡선트랙과 제2 직선트랙을 포함하고, 상기 제2 곡선트랙은 상기 제2 곡선트랙의 곡률중심이 상기 제2 회전축을 기준으로 상기 제2 곡선트랙 측에 위치되고, 상기 제2 곡선트랙과 상기 제2 직선트랙 사이 연결부위와 상기 조인트 회전중심을 지나는 가상선을 기준으로 상기 제2 곡선트랙의 반대측에 위치되도록 형성되고, 상기 제2 직선트랙은 상기 제2 회전축에 대해 경사지게 형성되는 차량의 고정형 볼타입 조인트가 제공된다.
