Systems, processes and devices process telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) data received from a satellite. A data acquisition system receives data packets comprising the TT&C data received from the satellite from one or more cortexes. A data extractor node (DEN) directs the decommutation of the received TT&C data in real time as the TT&C data is received. The decommutated TT&C data from the data acquisition system is stored in a database for subsequent processing. The data extractor node obtains requested TT&C data from the database and processes the obtained portion of the decommutated TT&C data in real time.
