Fittings and joints to be attached to a removable aircraft panel and/or to a fuselage section of an aircraft. The joint includes a fitting having a body comprising: a first end, a second end, a first supporting portion and a protruding first contact portion, both the first supporting portion and the first contact portion extending between the ends. The first supporting portion is for attaching to the aircraft or fuselage section. The first contact portion contacts a complementary portion of a second fitting of the structural joint in an assembled position with the second fitting. The first contact portion comprises first main contact portion, and two first lateral contact portions, each joined to the first main contact portion, wherein the first lateral contact portions are arranged laterally with respect to the first main contact portion and are inclined with respect to the first main contact portion.
