Systems/techniques that facilitate artificially intelligent provision of vehicle rolling resistance are provided. In various embodiments, a system can detect environment and road conditions by internal and external sensors. In various aspects, the system can engage an artificial intelligence component to determine optimal parameter adjustments of vehicle operation that will result in an acceptable rolling resistance, based on the sensor data and current parameters of the vehicle. In various instances, the system can initiate, in response to a determination that the one or more of the plurality of parameters of the vehicle will fail to result in an acceptable rolling resistance, the determined adjustments of one or more of the plurality of parameters of the vehicle.
