An object of the present invention is to provide a rotor blade which is excellent in lightweight, stiffness, fatigue characteristics, and dimensional accuracy, and especially excellent in fatigue characteristics, that is, durability, and a main object of the present invention is to provide a rotor blade including at least: a component [A] described below constituting a skin which is a surface layer of the rotor blade; and a component [B] described below constituting a core which is an interior of the skin, wherein the component [B] is enclosed in the component [A] at least in a cross-section taken at the center of the distance between a central axis at the time of rotation and a tip of the rotor blade:Component [A]: a continuous fiber base material including continuous reinforcing fibers and a matrix resin;Component [B]: a porous body including reinforcing fibers and a resin, the reinforcing fiber having a mass mean fiber length of 1 mm or more and 15 mm or less and forming voids by bonding through the resin.
