A patch radiofrequency identification (RFID) device for tires comprises: a substrate; a first insulating layer covering part of the substrate; an RFID chip and first antenna connected to each other and arranged on the first insulating layer; a second antenna electromagnetically coupled with the first antenna and extending, at least partially, on the first insulating layer. Part of the second antenna extends around the first antenna and includes two ends located at opposite sides thereof, and another part includes one or more arms extending in opposite directions from the first antenna, the arms being respectively formed by meander-line-shaped and/or spiral-line-shaped wire. The RFID chip, the first antenna, and the second antenna lie on a same plane. The second antenna is a parasitic radiator. A second insulating layer covers the first insulating layer, the RFID chip, the first antenna and, at least partially, the second antenna.
