An underwater public playground facility for individuals to navigate and enjoy while learning about marine life. The facility is designed for an urban setting obviating the need for individuals to go to oceans, lakes, and other open water bodies for performing scuba, snorkeling, and other marine/water activities. The facility includes a plurality of floors housing a plurality of pools/dive areas, a marine museum, and other activity areas such as virtual reality gaming, scuba training centers, and more. Individuals register themselves and select dive area(s) based on their experience level for performing scuba diving, snorkeling, and/or swimming. Museums provide marine life experiences to individuals. Scuba divers can collaborate with other scuba divers inside the facility for performing water activities.
