The second region portion has a conductive portion cross-section disposed on the same plane as the end portion cross-section of the first region portion, and the conductive portion cross-section is a cross-section in a direction different from a direction of the coil vertical cross-section of the second region portion. Each of the plurality of layers includes a first layer in which the first region portion appears at an axial end portion and a second layer in which the second region portion appears at an axial end portion when the coil end is viewed in an axial direction of the rotating electric machine.
