The multiple circuit-breakers (114, 116, 124, 126, 134, 136) have multiple groups (115, 125, 135), each of which includes two circuit-breakers (114, 116, 124, 126, 134, 136) connected to each other in series. An intermediate circuit arrangement is connected in parallel to the circuit-breakers (114, 116, 124, 126, 134, 136). The intermediate circuit capacitor arrangement includes a plurality of intermediate circuit capacitors (112, 122, 132), each of which is assigned to a respective one of the multiple groups (115, 125, 135) of the circuit-breakers (114, 116, 124, 126, 134, 136), in order to form a sub-module (102, 104, 106) with the particular groups (115, 125, 135).
