The electronic control unit is configured to acquire a friction coefficient between the tire and a road surface. The electronic control unit is configured to derive a grip margin of the tire. The electronic control unit is configured to estimate a contact length of the tire in an uncontrolled drive state. The electronic control unit is configured to estimate a cornering power of the tire, based on the contact length of the tire that is estimated and the generated force of the tire that is acquired.
