The present invention discloses a tracking-type floating solar power generation device. The present invention provides the tracking-type floating solar power generation device, in which a central plate-shaped floating buoyancy central-axis member on which power conversion equipment is mounted is constructed in a barge form facilitating the fabrication of a structure and having secure durability through the continuous assembly of individual containers, a central buoyant part having a vertical stack structure is constructed under the floating buoyancy central-axis member, and outer buoyant parts which are separate from the floating buoyancy central-axis member outside the floating buoyancy central-axis member, which form multiple concentric circles, and on which solar modules are regularly seated are successively connected at constant intervals by maintaining bars and basic bars, thereby completing a floating solar light power plant that forms an independent island structure.
