For example, vehicle data and passenger data can be received by a computing system. The vehicle data can be based on states of an autonomous vehicle and the passenger data can be based on states of one or more passengers of the autonomous vehicle. In response to the passenger data satisfying one or more passenger experience criteria, one or more unfavorable experiences by the one or more passengers can be determined to have occurred. The one or more passenger experience criteria can specify one or more unfavorable states associated with the one or more passengers. Passenger experience data can be generated based on the vehicle data and the passenger data at one or more time intervals associated with the one or more unfavorable experiences by the one or more passengers.
