The present invention relates to a bike having an energy recovery device, comprising: a driving wheel coupled to a rear wheel driving shaft pulley of the bike such that, when the rear wheel of the bike rotates, the same rotates together; a wire configured such that, when the bike driver operates a wire pulling means, the same is pulled to the front; a compressor support portion coupled to the rear end of the wire such that, when the wire is pulled, the same makes a hinge movement about a hinge shaft; a rotating wheel rotatably coupled to the compressor support portion and configured such that, when the compressor support portion is pulled to the end by the wire, the outer peripheral surface of the rotating wheel contacts the outer peripheral surface of the driving wheel by means of the hinge movement of the compressor support portion and rotates together by means of friction with the driving wheel and, when the wire pulling force is released, contact with the driving wheel is released; a compressor comprising a cylinder, which is coupled to the compressor support portion, a piston, which moves in the forward/backward direction inside the cylinder, and a connecting rod, the rear end of which is coupled to the piston such that the same penetrates a front hole of the cylinder and protrudes to the front; and a connecting cam configured to rotate about a rotating wheel shaft, which is coupled to the rotating wheel, and rotatably coupled to the front end of the connecting rod at a distance from the rotating wheel shaft such that, when rotating together with the rotating wheel, the part coupled to the connecting rod makes a circular movement, thereby making the connecting rod reciprocate in the forward/backward direction, wherein air that has flown in through an intake opening, which is formed on the rear portion of the cylinder, and which is provided with a check valve, is compressed by the movement of the piston, exits through an exhaust opening formed on the rear portion of the cylinder, and is stored in an air tank through an air hose.
