The pneumatic tire having a dual reinforcing belt structure includes a tread section, a sidewall section and a bead section, in which the bead section is provided with a carcass in a turned-up manner, a plurality of belt layers are provided by lamination between the carcass and the tread section, and a reinforcing belt is provided on top of the belt layer, while the reinforcing belt is a dual reinforcing belt in which belts made of different materials are arranged.
