Provided is a laminate of a film of a thermoplastic resin composition and a layer of a rubber composition, wherein the laminate is characterized in that the rubber composition includes (a) a rubber component, (b) 0.5-20 mass parts, per 100 mass parts of the rubber component, of a condensation product of formaldehyde and a compound represented formula (1) (wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C1-8 alkyl group, and a C1-8 ether), (c) 0.25-200 mass parts, per 100 mass parts of the rubber component, of a methylene donor, (d) a vulcanizing agent, and (e) 0.5-5 mass parts, per 100 mass parts of the rubber component, of an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic carboxylic acid having pKa of 1.5-4.0, the mass ratio of the methylene donor/condensation product being 0.5-10.
