Heat input fluid flows through and/or around at least one heat transfer medium flow zone (50) for feeding heat into this heat transfer medium flow zone (50), or/and heat discharge fluid flows through and/or around at least one heat transfer medium flow zone (52) for discharging heat from the flow zone (52).
