The first tooling member (10) also includes a first tooling surface (14) that defines a plurality of first perforations (15) that are fluidly coupled with the first internal volume (12). The second tooling member (20) includes a second body (21) that defines a second internal volume (22) and a second inlet (23). The second inlet (23) is fluidly coupled with the second internal volume (22). The second tooling member (20) also includes a second tooling surface (24) that defines a plurality of second perforations (25) that are fluidly coupled with the second internal volume (22).
