The present invention discloses a new high-speed railway communication system based on a power line carrier communication technology, comprising a plurality of ground base stations arranged along a line, a pantograph-contact network system arranged above a high-speed railway train, and various mobile terminals carried by high-speed railway passengers, wherein adjacent ground base stations are connected and communicated by a cable; the ground base station is directly connected to a power line of a high-speed railway contact network through a cable; the power line of the high-speed railway contact network is overlapped with and connected to a pantograph at a top of the high-speed railway train; the pantograph is connected to a visible light communication device; and the visible light communication device is connected to the various mobile terminals carried by the high-speed railway passengers by wireless communication. Compared with the prior art, the technical solution of the present invention has advantages such as a low cost, reliable transmission and a high speed, and can provide a reasonable high-speed railway mobile communication system, so as to realize safe and reliable communication quality, and provide fast and high-quality mobile communication services and experiences for numerous high-speed railway users.
