FIELD: aviation.SUBSTANCE: in the starting system for space flying vehicles, launch of the flying vehicle mounted on a launch platform with electric motor is carried out from the horizontal position. The flying vehicle receives acceleration pulse when moving along guide structure having descending and ascending branches with radii of curvature providing permissible levels of overloads. The guide structure can comprise rectilinear portions, be located in tunnels and ramps. The launch platform can consist of two sections-upper and lower ones.
