본 발명에 따른 차량 조향장치용 인텀 샤프트의 볼리테이너 제조방법은, 마스터 등급의 볼과, 상기 마스터 등급보다 높은 등급의 볼과, 상기 마스터 등급보다 낮은 등급의 볼을 이용하여 인텀 샤프트의 습동하중에 맞는 볼리테이너를 제조하여, 상기 인텀 샤프트의 습동하중을 정밀하게 조절할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

    A method for manufacturing a ball-retainer of an intermediate shaft for a steering apparatus of a vehicle according to the present invention uses a ball of a master grade, a ball of a higher grade than the master grade, and a ball of a lower grade than the master grade to manufacture a ball retainer suitable for the sliding load of the intermediate shaft, and thus has the advantage of enabling precise control of the sliding load of the intermediate shaft.
