파티클의 발생을 저감할 수 있는 물품 반송 장치를 실현한다. 물품 반송 장치(1)는 지주(10)를 따라 이동 가능한 승강대(20)와, 승강대로부터 지주를 따라 스트레칭된 톱니 부착 벨트(30)와, 승강대에 대해서 상하 방향에 있어서의 일방측에 설치된 제 1 풀리(41)와, 타방측에 설치된 제 2 풀리(42)와, 제 1 풀리를 회전 구동하는 구동 장치(50)를 구비하고, 제 2 풀리는 평 풀리이다.

    Provided is an article conveyance device that makes it possible to reduce production of particles.The article conveyance device includes: an ascending and descending stage movable along a support pillar; a toothed belt stretched from the ascending and descending stage along the support pillar; a first pulley provided on one side with respect to the ascending and descending stage in an up-and-down direction; a second pulley provided on the other side; and a drive device that drives the first pulley to rotate, the second pulley being a flat pulley.
