본 발명은 요크의 굽힘토크를 축소하여 조타 프릭션을 개선하는 유니버설 조인트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는, 요크의 일단에 형성되어 샤프트가 결합되는 몸통부; 요크의 타단에 형성되어 베어링이 압입되는 날개부; 상기 몸통부에서 날개부로 이어지는 부분에 단면적이 축소되는 형상으로 형성되어, 강성을 감소시키는 강성취약부;를 포함하여 구성되는 유니버설 조인트가 소개된다.

    A universal joint configured to reduce the steering friction by decreasing the bending torque of a yoke. The universal joint includes a body portion formed at one end of a yoke for a shaft to be coupled thereto, a wing portion formed at the other end of the yoke for a bearing to be pressed thereinto, and a rigidity-weakening portion formed in a shape of a reduced cross-sectional area in a portion extending from the body portion to the wing portion.
