[해결 수단] 선박용 발전 시스템(1)으로서, 작동 매체(R)를 순환시키는 순환 회로(LC)와, 순환 펌프(22)와, 과급기(64)로부터의 과급 공기(A2)로 작동 매체(R)를 가열하는 제 1 가열기(10)와, 배기 가스 이코노마이저(68)로부터의 배기 가스(E2)로 작동 매체(R)를 가열하는 제 2 가열기(12)와, 팽창기(16)와, 냉각기(20)와, 발전기(18)와, 작동 매체(R)의 유량을 조절하는 제 1 유량 조절 수단(40)과, 냉각기(20)에 유통시키는 냉각수(W2)의 유량을 조절하는 제 2 유량 조절 수단(46)과, 제어 수단(30)을 구비하고, 제어 수단(30)은 제 1 가열기(10)로부터 유출 직후의 작동 매체(R)의 포화 증기 온도에 근거하여 제 1 유량 조절 수단(40)을 제어함과 아울러, 냉각기(20)로부터 유출 직후의 작동 매체(R)의 포화액 온도에 근거하여 제 2 유량 조절 수단(46)을 제어한다.

    Provided is an organic Rankine cycle power generation system for a ship in which heat is recovered from two or more types of heat source fluids having different temperatures, the power generation amount corresponding to the heat recovery amount being maintained. This marine power generation system is provided with: a circulation circuit that circulates a working medium; a circulating pump; a first heater that heats the working medium with pressurized air from the supercharger; a second heater that heats the working medium using the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas economizer; an expansion machine; a cooler; a generator; a first flow rate adjustment means for adjusting the flow rate of the working medium; a second flow rate adjustment means for adjusting the flow rate of the cooling water flowing through the cooler; and a control unit that controls the first flow rate adjustment unit on the basis of a saturated vapor temperature of the working medium immediately after flowing out of the first heater, and controls the second flow rate adjustment unit on the basis of a saturated liquid temperature of the working medium immediately after flowing out of the cooler.
