본 발명은 절연냉각유체에 의한 직접 냉각 타입의 전기 자동차의 직류 충전용 케이블로서, 케이블의 길이 방향으로 길게 연장되는 스프링 형상의 부재와; 케이블의 외표면을 구성하는 절연 케이블 호스와; 직류 충전 선로로 기능하도록 케이블의 길이 방향으로 길게 연장되고 절연 피복 없이 도체 자체로 이루어지는 복수의 도체선;을 포함하되, 절연 케이블 호스는, 절연 케이블 호스의 내측이 복수의 도체선과 직접 접촉하고 복수의 도체선이 스프링 형상의 부재의 외측과 직접 접촉하도록, 복수의 도체선과 스프링 형상의 부재를 내부에 수용하고, 절연냉각유체는, 스프링 형상의 부재가 그 내측에 형성하는 냉각유체유로를 통해 이송되면서 스프링 형상의 부재의 스프링 사이의 틈을 통해 복수의 도체선과 직접 접촉하여 복수의 도체선을 직접 냉각시키는 절연냉각유체에 의한 직접 냉각 타입의 전기 자동차의 직류 충전용 케이블과 이를 포함하는 케이블 어셈블리를 제공한다.

    The present invention relates to a cable assembly for charging an electric vehicle and, more specifically, to a cable assembly for charging an electric vehicle of a direct cooling type, which has a cooling fluid flow path provided to transfer an insulating cooling fluid through a center of a conductor and allow the transferred insulating cooling fluid and the conductor surrounding the cooling fluid to come into contact. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is the cable assembly for charging an electric vehicle of a direct cooling type by an insulating cooling fluid, which comprises: a conductor extending at length in a length direction of a cable; a cooling fluid flow path provided to transfer an insulating cooling fluid through the center of the conductor in a length direction of the conductor and allow the transferred insulating cooling fluid and the conductor surrounding the same to come into contact; a cable hose accommodating the conductor and the cooling fluid flow path therein; at least one tube provided separately outside the cable hose to transfer the insulating cooling fluid; and a connector including a contact member connected to the conductor, and a cooling chamber comprising a first port connected to the cooling fluid flow path and a second port connected to the tube to accommodate at least a part of the contact member therein and cool the contact member by the insulating cooling fluid. The cable assembly can maximize a cooling effect and minimize a cable thickness by directly cooling the electric vehicle charging conductor.
