본 발명은 유리장섬유를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 코어백 발포사출시켜 제조된 차량용 크래쉬패드 코어로서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물은 폴리프로필렌 수지 65 내지 85 중량% 및 유리장섬유 15 내지 35 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 중합체 20 내지 100 중량% 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체 0 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 것인, 차량용 크래쉬패드 코어 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
