본 발명은 좌측 탄성부재 및 우측 탄성부재가 노후화로 인해 각각 피니언기어를 향하여 좌측 디스크 및 우측 디스크를 이동시키지 못할 경우, 전자석부가 피니언기어를 향하여 좌측 디스크 및 우측 디스크를 이동시킴에 따라 주행 안정성을 확보하는 전자석부를 이용한 철도차량용 궤간가변 윤축 시스템 및 이의 제어 방법을 제공한다.
