The present invention relates to an emergency return device for manned and unmanned drones and, more specifically, to an emergency return device for manned and unmanned drones, which can spread a parachute in the event of a safety accident caused by internal or external factors during the flight of a drone, and autonomously flies the drone with the propulsion force caused by high-pressure gas ejection to return to a departure point. A drone body having a rotary blade; a spreading unit installed at the upper center of the drone body to spread a parachute; a parachute spreading unit installed at the spreading unit to spread the parachute; a high-pressure gas propellant installed at the lower center of the drone body to generate propulsive force; and a control system that generates a return flight path based on departure information, flight information, and location information of the drone and enables autonomous flight using the propulsive power of the high-pressure gas propellant to return to the departure point.

    본 발명은 유,무인 드론용 비상 복귀장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 드론의 비행 중 내부적 또는 외부적 요인에 의한 안전사고시에 낙하산을 산개함과 아울러 고압가스 분출에 의한 추진력으로 드론을 자율 비행하여 출발지로 복귀할 수 있도록 한 유,무인 드론용 비상 복귀장치에 관한 것이다 즉, 본 발명은 회전날개가 구비되어 있는 드론 본체; 상기 드론 본체의 상부 중앙에 설치되어 낙하산을 산개시키는 산개작동부; 상기 산개작동부에 설치되어 낙하산이 산개되는 낙하산산개부; 상기 드론 본체의 하부 중앙에 설치되어 추진력을 발생시키는 고압가스 추진체; 드론의 출발정보 및 비행 정보, 위치 정보를 기반으로 복귀 비행 경로를 생성하고 고압가스 추진체의 추진동력으로 자율 비행하여 출발지로 복귀할 수 있도록 한 제어시스템;으로 이루어진 유,무인 드론용 비상 복귀장치를 특징으로 한다.
