Disclosed are a motorized vehicle and a method for controlling regenerative braking of the motorized vehicle. the method for controlling regenerative braking of a motorized vehicle comprises the steps of: performing regenerative braking by a driving environment during driving of a vehicle; determining the number of blinking of a brake lamp for a reference time when the regenerative braking is performed by the driving environment; and adjusting regenerative braking torque of a driving motor based on the number of blinking of the brake lamp.
