The present invention relates to an aircraft control surface clearance measurement system which comprises: a vertical load generation unit adsorbed on one surface of a horizontal control surface disposed in a horizontal direction from an aircraft among control surfaces and generating a clearance of the horizontal control surface as a length of one area is adjusted; a horizontal load generation unit adsorbed on one surface of the vertical control surface disposed in a vertical direction from the aircraft among the control surfaces and generating a clearance of the vertical control surface as the length of one area is adjusted; a displacement measurement unit measuring a changed angle of the horizontal control surface and/or the vertical control surface by the vertical load generation unit and/or the horizontal load generation unit; a pneumatic unit generating a negative pressure to allow the vertical load generation unit and/or the horizontal load generation unit to be adsorbed on the horizontal control surface and/or the vertical control surface; and a control unit controlling the vertical load generation unit and/or the horizontal load generation unit to be driven and receiving information measured by the displacement measurement unit. According to the present invention, the aircraft control surface clearance measurement system secures stability for clearance measurement of the aircraft control surface, thereby improving accuracy for the clearance measurement.
본 발명은, 조종면 중 항공기로부터 수평방향으로 배치되는 수평조종면의 일면에 흡착되며, 일영역의 길이가 조절됨에 따라 수평조종면의 유격을 발생시키는 수직하중발생부 및 조종면 중 항공기로부터 수직방향으로 배치되는 수직조종면의 일면에 흡착되며, 일영역의 길이가 조절됨에 따라 수직조종면의 유격을 발생시키는 수평하중발생부 및 수직하중발생부 및/또는 수평하중발생부에 의해 수평조종면 및/또는 수직조종면의 변화되는 각도를 측정하는 변위측정부 및 수직하중발생부 및/또는 수평하중발생부가 수평조종면 및/또는 상기 수직조종면에 흡착되도록 하는 음압을 생성하는 공압부 및 수직하중발생부 및/또는 수평하중발생부를 구동하도록 제어하며, 변위측정부가 측정하는 정보를 수신하는 제어부를 포함하는 항공기 조종면 유격측정시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항공기 조종면 유격측정시스템은 항공기 조종면의 유격측정에 대한 안정성을 확보함으로써, 유격측정에 대한 정확도를 향상시키도록 하는 효과가 있다.
