Disclosed are a hybrid vehicle and a sound input/output support method therefor. the sound input/output support method comprises the steps of: determining whether a first condition for a sound input/output function and a second condition for indoor noise are satisfied; determining whether an engine start can be terminated when the first condition and the second condition are satisfied; controlling the vehicle to drive in a first mode when it is determined that the engine start cannot be terminated; and performing noise reduction control by changing an operating point of the engine.
