The present invention relates to a method for analyzing fuel efficiency of a ship and, more specifically, to a method for estimating a change in fuel efficiency of a ship based on a change in one or more factors affecting propulsion of a ship. The relationship between the change in factors and the change in ship fuel efficiency was estimated based on machine learning. While the existing ship fuel efficiency estimation method has low accuracy considering only the influence of wind, the technology shows higher accuracy than the existing ship fuel efficiency estimation method by considering two or more factors that affect the propulsion of the ship at the same time.
