The present invention relates to an integrated aluminum extrusion-molded articulated core bending side member and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an integrated aluminum extrusion-molded articulated core bending side member, which comprises the steps of: manufacturing an integrated aluminum extrusion material through an aluminum extrusion process; inserting an articulated bending core into the aluminum extrusion material in a longitudinal direction; mounting the aluminum extrusion material into which the articulated bending core is inserted on a bending core bending processing unit; and rotating a rotating bending die of the bending core bending processing unit by a set angle based on a central axis to be bent.

    본 발명은 일체형 알루미늄 압출 성형 관절형 코어 굽힘 벤딩 사이드 멤버 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 알루미늄 압출공정을 통해 일체형 알루미늄 압출재를 제작하는 단계; 상기 알루미늄 압출재의 내부에 길이방향을 따라 관절형 굽힘코어를 삽입하는 단계; 관절형 굽힘코어를 삽입된 알루미늄 압출재를 굽힘코어 벤딩가공유닛에 장착하는 단계; 및 상기 굽힘코어 벤딩가공유닛의 회전벤딩다이가 중심축 기준으로 설정된 각도만큼 회전되어 벤딩가공되는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 알루미늄 압출 성형 관절형 코어 굽힘 벤딩 사이드 멤버의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
