The present invention relates to a device and method for inter-vehicle communication using a terminal, equipped with a QR code wherein one among a terminal equipped in a transmitting vehicle is attached to a receiving vehicle and a means enabling at least one among the vehicle license plate to be scanned, thereby having an effect of enabling immediate communication between vehicles through the QR code and/or vehicle license plate of the relevant vehicle and enabling appropriate responses to be taken when discovering a problem of safety and the like of the surrounding vehicle during vehicle driving.

    본 발명은 단말기를 이용한 차량간 소통 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 송신용 차량에 구비된 단말기 중 하나가 수신용 차량에 부착된 QR 코드 및 차량 번호판 중 적어도 하나를 스캔할 수 있는 수단을 구비함으로써, 차량 주행 중 주변 차량의 안전 등의 문제점을 발견시 해당 차량의 QR 코드 및/또는 차량 번호판을 통해 바로 차량간 소통을 가능하게 하여 적절한 대처를 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
