A deep learning-based button recognition device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first image processing unit which detects an object in a button image, extracts an internal region of interest (ROI) image of the object, and converts the internal ROI image into a black and white image; a deep learning condition determination unit which detects boundary pixels in the black and white image, calculates an average number of boundary pixels, and determines whether a deep learning condition is satisfied using the average number of boundary pixels; and a number determination unit which determines a number in the black and white image using a pre-prepared deep learning learning model when the deep learning condition is satisfied. Accordingly, the present invention may secure the recognition accuracy of elevator button numbers.

    본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 딥러닝 기반 버튼 인식 장치는, 버튼 영상에서 객체를 검출하고, 상기 객체의 내부 ROI(Region Of Interest) 이미지를 추출하고, 상기 내부 ROI 이미지를 흑백 이미지로 변환하는 제1 이미지 처리부, 상기 흑백 이미지에서 경계 픽셀을 검출하고, 상기 경계 픽셀의 평균 개수를 산출하며, 상기 경계 픽셀의 평균 개수를 이용하여 딥러닝 조건을 만족하는지 판별하는 딥러닝 조건 판별부, 및 상기 딥러닝 조건 만족시, 미리 마련된 딥러닝 학습 모델을 이용하여 상기 흑백 이미지의 숫자를 판별하는 숫자 판별부를 포함한다.
