Disclosed is an environment information management system based on a smart city, capable of sharing accurate and reliable environment information with people in a neighborhood region and monitoring city environment. The environment information management system based on the smart city, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes: an IoT smart environment sensor integration device installed on the upper surface of a traffic light control board or a distribution board of a streetlamp built in advance on a road of a city and arranged at a height that the citizen actually respires and feels, wherein the IoT smart environment sensor integration device is installed to receive power from the traffic light control board or the distribution board of the streetlamp through wiring connection and measure environment data by each region including fine dust formed on the outer air in an installation field in real time; an environment information display unit which is used as a means of transmitting the environment information to the citizens in real time by receiving the environment data by each region measured in the real time and displaying the environment data by each region measured in real time by wirelessly communicating with the IoT smart environment sensor integration device, wherein the environment information display unit is installed in a bus stop or a traffic light built in advance to be adjacent to the traffic light control board or the distribution board of the streetlamp having the IoT smart environment sensor integration device; and an environment control center server receiving and collecting the environment data by each region measured in real time by wirelessly communicating with the IoT smart environment sensor integration sensor, wherein the environment control center server centrally monitors and integrally manages a city environment state by each region in real time.
스마트 시티 기반의 환경정보 관리 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 스마트 시티 기반의 환경정보 관리 시스템은, 도시의 거리에 기 구축되어있는 가로등 배전반 또는 교통신호등 제어반의 상면에 설치함으로써 시민이 실제 호흡하고 체감하는 높이에 배치하되, 배선 연결을 통해 가로등 배전반 또는 교통신호등 제어반으로부터 사용전원을 공급받도록 설치되며, 설치현장의 외기(外氣)에 형성되는 미세먼지를 비롯한 지역별 환경데이터를 실시간으로 측정하기 위한 IoT 스마트 환경센서 통합디바이스; IoT 스마트 환경센서 통합디바이스와 무선 통신하여 실시간으로 측정되는 지역별 환경데이터를 전송받아 디스플레이함으로써 시민들에게 환경정보를 실시간으로 전달하는 수단으로 사용하기 위한 것으로서, IoT 스마트 환경센서 통합디바이스가 설치된 가로등 배전반 또는 교통신호등 제어반에 인접하여 기 구축된 교통신호등 또는 버스정류장에 설치되는 환경정보표시수단; 및 IoT 스마트 환경센서 통합디바이스와 무선 통신하여 실시간으로 측정되는 지역별 환경데이터를 전송받아 수집하고, 지역별 도시 환경상태를 중앙에서 실시간으로 모니터링 및 통합 관리하기 위한 환경관제센터 서버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
