The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling charging between serial battery packs, and more particularly, to a system and a method for controlling charging between serial battery packs, which are configured to reduce a voltage difference between battery packs by charging a battery pack having a high voltage and a battery pack having a low voltage when the voltage difference between the two battery packs is large in a state where the battery packs are connected to and stored in a system.
